What Heritage Is and Does

The purpose of the Heritage Committee is to collect and record all dancing memorabilia, i.e. clothes, banners, photogtaph albums, histories of club callers and dancers, for safe keeping in a Centre where the items can be displayed.
Every item donated to is given an access number, description and name of domor and recorded into a master file.  It is then entered into the category file with a complete description of each item, name of donor, dates use,d and who it was made by.

How to Borrow Items

To borrow items in the collection, the borrower signs a request form and accepts responsibility for any damage to memorabilia and will be held liable to replace or pay fro any such damage.

Forms are filled in an signed when items are borrowed and taken from the heritage Centre and signed off when returned.
