Frank more than deserves receiving the Scroll of Honour. Frank started square dancing with the Ocean Waves in Port Moody in 2000. In 2010, Frank started dancing with the Surrey Square Wheelers. At the club level, Frank was the President of the Surrey Square Wheelers for two dance seasons.

Frank's activities have been well beyond the club level, soon after he stated he joined the Valley Circle staff as the Advertising Editor - a role that he still holds for nearly 20 years.

Frank has been the BC Federation Webmaster for 6 years. Frank was a member of the BC Festival 2019 Committee and was a member of the 2020 National Convention Committee. Frank is a member of the Promotion Committee.

Frank's support of square and round dancing is evident for all to see - ads in the Valley Circle, BC Federation website, Festival 2019 website and Convention 2020 website.
